DayPilot.Scheduler.scaleManualLimitBeyond

The scaleManualLimitBeyond property (boolean) enables moving events beyond the visible date range when using a manual scale (scale: "Manual").

By default, the value is set to true. Manually created timeline can contain gaps and moving events outside the defined timeline is not always safe, especially when eventMoveSkipNonBusiness is enabled.
